The Divercity residential portfolio currently consists of 4,000 affordable residential units, the majority of which are located in the Johannesburg CBD with some assets in Pretoria and Durban.

Notable commercial assets in the portfolio include the iconic Turbine Hall in Newtown which houses AngloGold Ashanti and the Office of the Premier of Gauteng, and Talis House in Marshalltown which houses the Gauteng Department of Education. On the retail front, the fund owns a 49% stake in the Pan African Shopping Centre in Alexandra, Johannesburg alongside Divercity’s seed partner Talis Property Fund, as well as Sterland in Sunnyside, Pretoria.
