Divercity Takes Transfer of Conradie Park Site

Divercity Urban Property Group has taken transfer of the Conradie Park site in Pinelands, Cape Town, now known as Parkline. The transfer marks a key milestone in bringing this large scale development to life, with more than 800 residential rental apartments planned for the site.

Parkline forms part of a broader mixed-use neighbourhood built around connectivity, green space, and access to opportunity, and reflects Divercity’s continued growth in Cape Town.

Parkline builds on Divercity’s model of well located, affordable rental housing, and is designed to broaden access to quality homes in Cape Town.
