Divercity is partnering with the Atterbury Group, Moolman Group and Twin City Development to develop a vibrant modern residential-anchored mixed-use neighbourhood at a landmark site that previously housed Barloworld Limited’s Corporate office in Sandton.

The Barlow Park housing development will offer 4,100 affordable residential units that are amenity-rich and safe at affordable prices – building on Divercity’s success with the Jewel City precinct.  The Barlow Park development is a breakthrough in the housing landscape in South Africa as it will be the first truly affordable rental precinct in a premium commercial node, offering unmatched value for residential tenants.

Leveraging its rental housing asset management skill, Divercity will perform the asset management functions for the completed development.

At a glance:

  • 4,100 affordable residential units in 11 apartment blocks
  • Free-for-resident amenities such as a recreation centre, clubhouse, pool, business centre, coffee shop, gym and sports facilities
