At Divercity, our commitment to building inclusive cities extends beyond bricks and mortar. We recognise that thriving neighbourhoods are built not only through infrastructure but through meaningful investment in the people who live there. It’s about fostering a sense of belonging, security, and opportunity in the communities we help to build.
Through our partnership with Ithemba Property Management, Divercity continues to fund and support a range of community-focused initiatives, including:
Early Learning and Education Support
We support early childhood development through a subsidized day care centre, Miracle Eden, located in one of our buildings, offering working parents affordable, quality care. We also partner with Play Africa to run educational holiday programmes that inspire learning through play.

Empowering Youth and Families
We support youth-focused programmes such as school holiday events, sports tournaments, and leadership workshops. These initiatives offer safe, positive spaces for young people to connect, grow, and gain confidence while reinforcing the value of community engagement and mentorship.
Health and Wellness Support
Ithemba Property Management hosts resident-focused wellness days that offer free health screenings, mental health awareness, and access to support services. Blood donation drives and health education campaigns form part of our broader commitment to improving the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
